Appointment Cancellation Policy
Wildflower Beauty Bar requires a credit card to hold all appointments. Any cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable if you cancel within 24 hours or no show. You may cancel/reschedule on the Vagaro app or by calling/texting 316-807-8280.
