Appointment Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Wildflower Beauty Bar requires a credit card to hold all appointments. Any cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. You may cancel/reschedule appointment via phone - email or social media messenger changes will not be able to be accepted.
